LBA 2003 Vermont Timber Associates and LBA Forest Stewardship Initiative purchased hardwood parcels in Vermont, New York, and Maine and provides competitive returns to investors while preserving the forests for generations to come.

Real Estate Recovery Ltd. Partnerships

Real Estate Recovery Ltd. Partnership refurbished 5 buildings, turning them into affordable housing for lower-income, working families. Investors have received more than double the money invested and still receive an annual dividend of 10-15%.
